They didn’t include the free extra “birthday month” bracelet in my order. I reached out to them about it and they said, yes, we made a mistake, here’s a 15% off coupon for your next purchase. I don’t think a 15% coupon off a future purchase is equal to a free bracelet. I’d like to know what the free bracelet looks like.
Exactly Emma. This is not worth waiting 3 months for…how is this making it up to us? It’s so disappointing. If they were going to do whatever was easiest to make, at least they could make it a good quality bead and color palette. Cheap beads except for the pearls I guess, and not much handiwork involved this month. But the worst is the washed out baby bracelet looking color palette. IMHO, making it up to us should mean more bracelets, more high-quality metal focal pieces, all in a good variety of colors.
