Some items came in their original packaging.

There’s a bunch of interesting items here!

There’s a card with a QR code that we can use to learn more about this crate. The theme for this month is ‘80s DX!

Everything in my box!

Gremlins Pin. This month’s pin features the creepy and mischievous form of the once cute mogwai from the 1984 horror comedy film, The Gremlins!

This monster has a popcorn bag over his head and popcorn all over his face. It’s Stripe, the evilest of the gremlins, as he created an army of the creepy monsters by jumping on a pool, spawning more!

The Lost Boys Neck Warmer. It’s a piece of a closed tube fabric used to warm the neck and it features the 1987 American teen horror-comedy film, The Lost Boys!

The packaging shows us the different and other uses of the neck warmer. It can also be used as a headband, wristband, scarf, sahariane, and more! They also included directions on how to use it.

The Lost Boys is a vampire movie, where the protagonist Michael Emerson turned into half-vampire seeking to go back to normal with the help of his brother and their friends.

The neck warmer is large enough to warm or cover some parts of the body that needs it. Also, the design is quite creepy!

Gremlins Gizmo Plush. I’m so relieved that the plush that I received is a cute mogwai, not the creepy Gremlin.

It’s Gizmo in a sitting position! This creature comes in two colors, brown and white.

It’s really furry and cuddly!

Look at those adorable round eyes! I love how they captured the character’s features well. It’s so adorable and I love it – it’s right on my shelf!

Wonder Woman T-Shirt. Another popular and iconic character from the ’80s is none other than our favorite DC superhero, Wonder Woman! She’s gracing this month’s DX wearable!

It features her symbol in gold, as well as the live-action image of Diana Prince. It’s nice that the colors go perfectly together, and the prints are not overshadowing one another!

The sleeve has the Wonder Woman symbol on it. The color they used for this one is the same with the superheroes image on the center of the shirt, it’s like glowing in the dark.

TMNT Shredder Shredder. It’s a Shredder shredder! I think he’s the best character to be featured in this kitchen tool and this is one of my favorite Loot Crate items – ever!

The tool came in a purple box that has Shredder’s image.

The box grater has Shredder’s head as the handle.

There are four sides of the box grater and they’re used differently. This side shows us a slicer and a Microplane that is used to finely grate zest, or grate nutmeg and cinnamon.

Here’s the side that is most commonly used in the box grater. One side has smaller holes which are used to shred cheese into fine strips, while the other one has larger holes to shred the cheese into their regular grate size, and can also be used to shred potatoes to make pancakes or hash browns. The bottom part also has a rubber that will keep the grater from slipping while you use it to shred, slice, and grate!

I got nostalgic because of this month’s loot! This box also made me realize that most horror-comedy films that are truly memorable are from the ’80s. I really like the mogwai plush. It’s cute and the details were really close to the ones we see in the movie. The pin is also cool as it shows us how mischievous the gremlin Stripe is (he started the havoc!). Another favorite of mine is the shredder, the design is just amusing! Overall, this month’s DX box is great and I hope that they continue to improve future shipments!
