Everything in the box.

This month’s info card is a bit different than usual. We still have QR code to access exclusive recipes, live workouts and live meditations, but we also have Tips from your Fit snack Nutritionist that explain when or why fuel ourselves with the snacks in this box.

Inside the booklet, we have a list of all this month’s snacks.

On the back of the box, we have our Fitness Challenge / 30 minutes workout.

Foods Alive – Chocolate Macaroon. These little chocolate flavored crackers are packed with nutritious-rich food such as chia, flax, walnuts, sunflower, and reishi mushroom. They also contain coconut sugar, shredded coconut, sesame seeds, cocoa nibs and cocoa powder.

Lesser Evil – Egg White Curls Huevos Rancheros. These gluten-free puffed treats are made with cassava flour, cage-free dried egg white, avocado oil, tapioca starch, himalayan salt and a blend of spices (onion powder, garlic powder, green bell pepper powder, and other organic spices). They are light, crunchy and with the right amount of heat for this flavor.

Mozaics Popped Veggie & Potato Chips – Cheddar. Made with whole green peas, yellow peas, potatoes and black beans, these are popped, making them very light and not greasy. The Cheddar flavor was really nice, and all the ingredients are organic.

Swisse Me Boost Me Coffee. This smoothie is a blend of apple and banana puree with yogurt, oat flakes, coffee and nutmeg. It has no sugar added and it’s delicious first thing in the morning, but not before cardio (I’m one of those who loves bananas, but my stomach hates them mixed with cardio).

Swisse Me Boost Me Pear. An other smoothie (I don’t mind, I love smoothies, I have some form of smoothie almost every day), this one is made with a blend of pear, peach and apricot puree (easier on the stomach for those sensitive to banana), as well as basil seeds and collagen. There’s also added magnesium (89mg per pouch) which can help to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue and also may prevent cramps. This was my favorite flavor and it would be easy for me to come back for more.

Ekoa Pure Mango. Made with only two ingredients, Dates and Dried Mango, these bars contains only 100 calories and are a great afternoon pick me up sweet treat.

Plant Fusion Complete Meal in Chocolate Caramel. Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Free, one serve contains 200 calories and 20g of protein. It also contains 6g of probiotis, greens and fiber, as well as 4.4g Omega Fatty Acids. It contains no added sugar but is sweetened with Stevia Leaf Extract and Erythritol which might not be to everyone’s taste.

Ultima Replenisher Electrolytes (Raspberry, Grape, Lemonade). These single serve electrolytes contain no sugar for a 0 calorie drink. They are sweetened with stevia leaf, and they have that strong stevia leaf taste, which is a bit too much for me.

Although I enjoyed this box, I felt like a lot of the products were repeats from recent box, such as the electrolytes, plant fusion meal replacement, which were the exact same flavor as last month. I really liked getting two of some of the treats, but I felt there was a lack of variety this month with a lot of sweet treats vs savory.
