The items came in a pink padded mailer.

We got two projects in this box: Kindness Shaker Frame and Dream Catcher! I’m so excited to make them with my daughter!

Everything in the package!

Dream Catcher. First up is the DIY Dream Catcher! This is an easy craft for girls and the finished product makes a nice bedroom decor.

The instruction manual lists all the materials, a detailed step-by-step procedure, and helpful hints so girls can easily create their own dream catcher!

The procedure looks quite easy! There are even photos so you can easily check if you’re doing the step right.

The materials included are feathers, ribbon, hemp cord, wood ring, yarn, and beads. From home, you’d need scissors, ruler, glue, and yarn needle (optional).

For the first part, my daughter gathered up the wood ring, yarn, and hemp cord.

She twisted the yarn all over the wood ring to cover the whole thing.

Next, she secured the yarn with a knot and cut it once the full wood ring has been covered.

The decor for the dream catcher is mostly in purple!

Now, my daughter started twisting the purple hemp cord around the covered wooden ring as well, leaving an ample space between each loop.

Once you’re done, it’s time to start making the inside of the dream catcher! This web part is where the bad dreams get trapped!

This looks quite daunting at first but it’s fairly easy!

My daughter made this all on her own!

The last step is to make the bottom part of the dreamcatcher! This is my daughter’s favorite!

She started putting up beads and then the laces and the feathers. It’s said that these strings are what take away the bad dreams and puts in good ones instead!

It’s done! The final product is so pretty!

The laces were pretty easy to attach!

These feathers are what helps the good dreams pass through us from the webbing!

Kindness Shaker Frame. The second project is making a shaker frame. It’s another pretty bedroom decor!

It also came with the booklet and it shows the detailed instructions on how to make the shaker frame!

There is also a picture with each procedure so it’s easier to follow!

Of course, we received the necessary items for the project. The only things needed from home are a paper towel and a heavy book.

We got an acetate which will serve as the see-through front piece of our shaker frame, plus a rub-on sheet for the design.

They also sent a blue frame along with the glue and craft stick.

The glitter card stock is for the background and the sequins will be those little cute things that tumble inside!

First, my daughter laid the rub-on sheet on top of the acetate and, using the craft stick, she gently scratched it until the design stuck to the acetate!

Just be careful when peeling off the sheet so the letters would fully stick to the acetate. If not, just lay the sheet back and scratch a little more. Once done, stick it inside the frame.

It’s time to fill the frame with the shiny multi-colored sequins!

Then, using the glue, my daughter placed the glitter card stock at the back of the frame to seal those sequins inside and let it dry.

The shaker frame is done! It looks fantastic!

Now, we have both these items to display in my daughter’s room and she has extra bragging rights because she made these herself!

My daughter had an amazing experience with Annie’s Creative Girls Club! The projects are fun and easy to do, and she enjoyed making both this month. She’s also happy to add new decor to her room. She didn’t even need any supervision in making all these! We also liked that most of the items are already included in the kit and we only needed a few things from home. The dream catcher turned out so pretty! Now, she has her own that she made herself and it’s already hanging above her bed! Overall, we loved everything! This box surely is worth every penny!
