I tried this product and it was junk. It did not work and did not help the smell of the clothes at all. I emailed the company to let them know to never send me anything again.
Today I noticed they I was charged by this company. I called the bank and was given a customer service number. (16094393922 ) Remember this is a number they have to give for credit processing to take payments. I called the number and it was not answered by a company but by a rude and unprofessional guy. He had no idea his number was listed and he said he worked with the company. I explained to him the issue and he told me to email the company. I explained to him that I was not going to do that because I have already and this is the customer service number provided by the bank. He wanted to know the bank and card issuer so he could have the number taken out. Why would a legit company not want a customer to have a number to deal with them? I told him if he refused to help me then I would file a complaint. After giving him some info he said that I had not emailed the company. First off you do not call a customer a liar! I expressed to him that I did not like the product and I thought it was junk. He was very rude. He said so you want free products? I told him you can do the proper business thing or I can file my complaints and tell my story online. You could tell he was not happy. I expressed to him I did not want free products. I said that the product was junk and he said it was refunded and hung up on me. This is not a customer-friendly company or this guy does not know how to deal with customers. I would not buy from this company if it was the last clothes cleaner in the world.
