The items came in a simple white box with the subscription box name.

The box is filled with white squiggles.
For this month, the featured brand is Josh Rosebrook.
There’s a lot to discover about this brand and they are all indicated at the back of the card! PLUS, Beauty Heroes is incorporating products from previous months to provide updated rituals. Your ritual can change monthly with the seasons and with new products – I absolutely love this feature.
Aside from the card, there’s a booklet that tells us more about this month’s products and the featured brand.
As usual, it’s jampacked with useful information. There’s also a notice that Beauty Heroes Members save 15% every day in the Beauty Store.
The booklet comes with an item photo, plus a brief description and a reason why they chose to include it in the curation.
Everything in the October 2019 Beauty Heroes box!
Josh Rosebrook Hydrating Accelerator Moisturizing Facial Mist ($35) We got the full-sized bottle of this facial mist, which is packed with aloe water and a blend of oils to keep your skin firm, plump, and moisturized. It’s ideal for dry, dehydrated, and dull skin. The formula is cruelty-free and made in the USA. Three to five pumps are enough for each use. It’s a great starter for your skincare routine because it increases the effectiveness of other products, as it helps loosen skin surface tension, therefore allowing nutrients and oils to get easily absorbed and locked in your skin.
Josh Rosebrook Hydration Boost Concentrate Facial Hydrating Serum ($42) Here’s another full-size product, a lightweight facial serum formulated with hyaluronic acid and plant antioxidants to keep skin hydrated and fight signs of aging. It’s ideal for oily, dry, and dehydrated skin, even for acne-prone skin and sensitive skin.
I tried it on after spraying on the facial mist and it felt wonderful on my skin. It sinks right in, with no residue, greasiness, nor irritation. Aside from its hydrating and anti-aging properties, this serum also helps improve circulation and skin texture. It’s recommended to be refrigerated to maintain the product’s freshness.
Josh Rosebrook Vital Balm Cream Cream Facial Moisturizer ($45) Just like the mist and the serum, this balm cream is also formulated to deeply moisturize the skin. It’s packed with a potent blend of aloe vera, whole organic actives, and plant oils which are not just moisturizing but promotes skin regeneration as well.
Another key ingredient is Indian senna seed, which hydrates and holds moisture at the same time. Rich yet light and smooth, this balm cream is perfect as the last step of your routine. It’s also non-comedogenic. A pea-sized amount should be enough for each use.
Josh Rosebrook is often featured in Beauty Heroes boxes, and they always bring in something new each time. This month, they sent us a trio of hydrating items that makes up a complete routine. The mist is gentle and soothing, the serum is lightweight and non-greasy, and the cream is plumping and holds moisture well. All three work together to make your skin as young-looking as possible. I also like the booklet and information card they send, because they are packed with useful skin care tips and tricks. Anyone interested in healthy beauty brands and products shouldn’t miss this subscription!
