This month’s theme is TAKE FLIGHT!

When you open the box, there’s the symbol for S.H.I.E.L.D. which is the logo we mostly see at the headquarters.

I love that this info card is basically a mini poster this month.

There’s a card containing information about the items in the box.

Everything in my March 2019 box!

Captain Marvel Ba-Doom Pin. It’s nice to get awesome pins that feature our favorite superheroes! This month, we got Captain Marvel!

The pin features Carol Danvers breaking the sound barrier making the SFX sound “Ba-doom!” while it looks like she’s taking flight. She’s already sporting her shorter hair on this one as well!

Captain Marvel Luggage Tag. After learning the truth about the Skrulls and Kree, Carol decided to change the color of her Kree suit from green to what it is most known now: red, blue and yellow. This luggage tag perfectly depicts Carol’s change of heart, or when she learned of the truth.

The back has provided a space where you can write personal information.

Carol Danvers S.H.I.E.L.D. Snapback Cap. Snapback caps are good companions when you’re out and about on a sunny day. We got one in this box and it’s in gray!

The cap features the S.H.I.E.L.D. insignia, which is one of the very first versions of the popular symbol.

At the back, Captain Marvel’s name is embroidered. It’s a nod to the great pilot and first avenger, Carol Danvers. There’s also a velcro strap so you can easily adjust the fit of the cap.

Captain Marvel Beach Towel. It’s an absorbent towel that features a short-haired Carol Danvers ready to unleash her powers and already wearing the suit with primary colors!  FYI – this is a repeat from the May 2017 box.

While Carol looks ready for a big fight, she is surrounded by fighter jets! I really like the color on this towel. It is also big enough to serve as a mat on the beach, not just a towel used for drying yourself after going in the water.

Mar-Vell T-shirt. At first, I thought this is a misplaced shirt as it reminded me of a superhero from another cinematic universe, and it’s also green! Looking closely, I finally made out that it represents Mar-Vell!

The shirt features the first Kree warrior, Mar-Vell, as it is inspired by his original costume. I like the green overall color of the shirt, which is really unusual for geek boxes which usually send out black or white shirts.

The box is a nod to the strongest Avenger taking flight! I like how the box exudes girl power, and the items are all useful, especially at this time of the year. Captain Marvel proves her great powers and it’s just right to dedicate equally awesome items in her name. For this box, I really like the Mar-Vell-ous shirt! I love the overall color, plus the print at the center is simple yet adds a nice touch to the whole shirt. I have a lot of snapback caps but I don’t mind adding one more in my collection, especially if it’s S.H.I.E.L.D-inspired. I am also looking forward to more SFX pins. Overall, this box has been must-try for all Marvel fans to get high-quality Marvel stuff, but we currently are very concerned with Loot Crate’s shipping and delay issues.
