Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription. You get five makeup, beauty, skincare, and hair care items in a cute bag for $10 a month! It’s the most popular subscription box and a great way to sample new colors and beauty brands.

Everything arrived in a hot pink bubble mailer.

Ipsy April 2019 Glam Bag. This month’s bag looks refreshing with all the lemon prints, as well as the mix of yellow, white, and mint green colors!

It’s cute how the pull tab matches the zipper color. Also, the interior fabric is in mint green. This bag is spacious enough to accommodate all my beauty stash!

It’s filled with all the spring makeup must-haves. I’m so excited to give them a try!

This month’s theme is Fresh Spring Beauty.

The information card promotes female-founded brands and tells us about how we can have a chance to add-on whatever deluxe samples or full-size products we like!

Of course, there’s a list of all the items in the package, along with a description and a beauty tip.

Everything in my April 2019 bag!

EYEKO Black Magic Liquid Eyeliner in Carbon Black ($8.17) This must be the darkest liquid eyeliner I have ever encountered, and I’m loving it. It looks natural when applied, plus it goes on smoothly and stays on all day without creasing.

Pūrlisse Watermelon Energizing Polishing Peel ($4.76) Infused with watermelon and glycolic acid, this polishing peel energizes the skin and gently exfoliates it at the same time. The formula is non-irritating and it doesn’t strip the skin of moisture either. It smells great to boot!

Tarte Cosmetics Base Tape Hydrating Primer ($10.) Setting your face before putting some makeup on will help extend the wear of foundation just like how this vegan, lightweight primer does. The formula contains jojoba and grapeseed extract that keeps the skin moisturized and hydrated for a long time. It’s also infused with coconut which has smoothing benefits and a scent that reminds you of the tropics. A little goes a long way in making my skin a perfect base for makeup!

The Balm Cosmetics TheBalmJour Creamy Lip Stain in Namaste ($3.62) I like how this lip product doesn’t make my lips dry. It starts as a gloss, then delivers the soft, creamy texture of lipstick and then finishes as a stain. The formula is moisturizing and long-lasting. I got it in the shade Namaste, which is a berry pink.

Law Beauty Essentials Nail Polish in Purrrrplicious ($9) This hassle-free nail polish will let you say goodbye to blowing and fan drying. It has the capacity to dry fast and last for hours even without a top coat. It surely makes painting my nails a breeze, plus the light purple color is super sassy!

Why do I love Ipsy? Because it spoils me with all the beauty and cosmetic products I could ever want! Every month is a new box of fab finds and beauty tips. I also appreciate the collectible pouches! In this selection, I find the liquid eyeliner and the vegan hydrating primer the most interesting. They are both long lasting and very efficient. The primer helps me get away with less foundation, and it also evens out my complexion while the eyeliner makes it easier for me to achieve that cat eye effect. The total value this month was almost $36 – awesome for a $10 beauty bag!
