Here’s the full announcement:

STAR TREK MISSION CRATE UPDATE

Hi Star Trek Fan,

We wanted to take a moment to thank you for being a Star Trek Mission Crate subscriber and give you a quick update. We know your experience with this subscription has not been up to your (or our) standards and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that may have caused.

Rest assured, we are working diligently to get the delayed crates shipped out to you ASAP. In fact, we expect to have all outstanding Star Trek Mission Crates shipped within the first half of 2019. More details on the shipping schedule will be coming soon.

Unfortunately, we have decided to discontinue the Star Trek Mission Crate subscription line going forward. All active subscriptions will be cancelled (although they will appear active on our site until the final crates ship out).

If your subscription included any crates past November 2018, you will be issued a pro-rated refund. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued.

To annual subscribers who signed up between August 2017 and January 15th, 2018: Please standby for an update on your one year subscriber bonus item.

Thank you for your continued patience. If you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Support team will be happy to help.

— Team Star Trek Mission Crate

No news since January, guess we are not getting the remainder of our missing crates and the bonus item in the 1st half of 2019, as we are days away from the start of the second half of 2019…
