The info card features cute artwork. We should all center ourselves with donuts and our favorite drink!

There’s an information card that lists the contents of this month’s box, with a short description and retail price. The theme is BREATHE.

Each box comes with a small magazine issue which includes information on the featured essential oils, and more.

Life is a short breath; exhale deeply.

This month’s featured brands are Cocofloss and Bkind.

I learned a lot just by going through this magazine.

The box is full of goodies!

Everything inside this month’s box!

Word of mouth has always been the best advertisement and so they try to reach out and reciprocate the friendly gesture with a gift.

BYBI Buffer Lip Scrub ($12.03) Let’s say no more to lip dehydration. Our chapped lips will be worse if we cover it straight away by balms or gloss, so we need exfoliation or lip scrub first. This has sugar and strawberry extract to slough away the dead and dry skin. Sweet almond oil also restores moisture. It also has a touch of cinnamon to help pucker up pouts. Apply to wet lips, massage, and rinse with warm water. It takes being natural further by housing it in a biodegradable tube made of sugarcane.

Pinky Up Double Walled Glass Tea Mug ($11.99) The mug is bigger than the usual mug size. Tea lovers will love this because it has clear double walls. They can actually see the transformation of the tea flower in front of them.

It keeps the temperature of the contents of the glass longer than regular glasses. It is also different because it looks like your drink is floating.

The box kept the mug safe without a scratch.

It prevents condensation and you won’t get hurt because the walls stay cool to touch regardless of how hot the beverage is.

Of course, Bombay & Cedar wouldn’t be complete without its trusty essential oils.

Bombay & Cedar Comfort Essential Oil Blend ($17) It always has been their signature to make such effective, aroma-therapeutic high-quality essential oils not only for health but for our comfort and…

Bombay & Cedar Clear Mind Essential Oil Blend ($17) …clear mind, hence the names. Each has 10ml and a little goes a long way. Every drop of the oil is naturally sourced, planted and harvested so that they are steam-distilled and cold pressed to make it perfect.

Clear Mind is a citrusy blend that bring sharpness to your mind, and Comfort is a lavender & mint blend with herbal undertones that are soft and relaxing.

Mer-Sea Aromatherapy Room Spray in Kismet ($19) If you want an instant fragrance for your room, this spray is perfect. It has notes of jasmine blossom paired with rose, currant, mandarin, and wood for a complex garden bouquet that will freshen up your room in no time. Its smell lingers for a while! I love it and have been spritzing everything with it. It’s so lovely! Subscribers received a variety of fragrances.

BKind Himalayan Bath Salts In Eucalyptus ($21.95) Himalayan Salt is said to have healing properties and health benefits. Imagine my delight when they made bath salts out of it. This stimulating bath salt is handmade in Montreal.

Himalayan Pink Salt is considered by some to be the purest salt in the world that contains a vast range of minerals and elements that helps promote blood pressure and circulation. It also helps in the skin and reduces the signs of aging. Knowing this will make your bath extra relaxing and pleasant.

Flower Pot Tea Blossoming Tea ($8.99) The box contains 4 pots of blossoming tea and each can be infused and used for 3 times.

Noted for sweet flesh and luxurious texture, the coconut reigns as an indulgent superfood.

Our Coconut Escape Tea glows with exotic nuttiness, balanced by herbal notes of white tea, and mellow floral nectar.

Its ingredients include oroxylum flowers, jasmine flowers, marigold flowers, white tea, and natural flavors. The white tea leaves are infused by fruit essence and wrapped around by delicate dried flowers. Each bloom is wrapped by a green foil in a test tube. It’s good that it didn’t break and maintained its shape upon unwrapping.

I put the compact bloom inside the tea mug and poured it with hot water. I waited for 3 to 5 minutes and voila!

It bloomed beautifully in the mug.

It is like watching the magic unfold. It smells of tropical coconut.

The mug indeed has an elevated drink effect and, except for the pink bud on the promotional image of the box, they looked the same.

Breathe Your Way to a Calmer, Happier, Stress-Free Life By Jean Hall ($11.33) This self-help book by Jean Hall is perfect because it is like yoga in a form of a book. It teaches the right way of breathing and their health and relaxing benefits. If you want to reconnect with your well being and de-stress, reading this book is a good way to go.

It has simple ways to increase our awareness and covers the essentials such as how to move and balance breath. It is enlightening because you wouldn’t know that simple improvement of breathing can do wonders for our body.

It has 24 breath work exercises that help us achieve a renewed sense of energy including physical and mental focus. It helps us to have a calm and clarity of mind.

Boom Boom Tropical Rush Nasal Inhaler ($7.95) Packed with menthol, natural flavors, peppermint oil, and eucalyptus oil, this nasal inhaler helps boost energy and enhance breathing.

It provides a stimulating scent of vapors with cooling sensation for 30 days.

It is safe especially for students who need a pick-me-up if they are feeling sleepy. It is very handy and fits any pocket.

Cocofloss Dental Floss ($8) It has 32 yards of 500 polyester filaments that gently scrub the plaque away. It is super cleansing and soft textured dental floss.

It is soothing because of the coconut oil and freshening because of the strawberry notes.

The vegan wax allows you to squeeze in tight spaces and it is free from gluten and paraben. It is not tested on animals. Not to mention it also has a trendy packaging and easy-to-spot color.

Lesser Evil Green Elephant Potato Chips ($0.75) These potato chips were made tasty by Himalayan pink salt and high oleic sunflower oil. You wouldn’t feel guilty munching on it!

This bag of chips can also cater to a lot of diets including paleo because of sunflower oil. It’s also gluten-free, vegan, kosher and non-GMO verified. Plus, a portion of the proceeds go to Save the Elephants

It has a mouthwatering, tangy flavor of apple cider vinegar and will satisfy your craving for crunch!

Bombay & Cedar certainly did not disappoint! It is a well-rounded box that has a vast range of products which I really enjoyed. My favorite out of the bunch is the transparent tea mug. They took relaxing further by giving us an informative book about how the right breathing can be essential and beneficial. And after we relax, if ever we need to awaken the senses they also provided a natural, energy-boosting inhaler, plus the two high quality (and high value!) essential oils that cover both ends of the spectrum. There are a lot of healthy ways to relax and breathe and this is the whole gist of the box.
