The Soap Shack’s Spoil Me Club is a monthly subscription box bringing everything you need to turn your daily shower or bath into an aromatherapy delight. The Soap Shack offers two different subscriptions: The Soap Club is $12.95 for two bars of soap or indulge in the Spoil Me Box for $29.95. I am reviewing the Spoil Me Box so keep reading to see what kinds of products to expect!

DEAL: Get $5 off your first box! Use coupon code FEELTHELOVE.

The presentation was perfect! It started when I pulled it out of my mailbox – I could smell a natural aroma, like an essential oil, and I knew right away this was going to be something special! The color coordination pulls it all together. This is my second box and the types of items I received are mostly different from last month’s box, which I think is great! I’ve tried hand soap, bath scrub, body lotion, and of course, soap!

All of the products in my September Spoil Me Box! Spoil Me Club lets you choose your favorite types of scents, or you can change it up monthly. You can also specify bath, shower, or both. These products are hand made in small batches and were never tested on animals. There are some ingredients that you won’t find in this box, such as phthalates, parabens, sulfates, or triclosan. I loved the minty smell that was coming from this box – almost all of the items I received were Eucalyptus & Peppermint!

Cool Down Foaming Castile Soap ($10) smells amazing and leaves my hands feeling soft, not dried out. It’s made with olive, coconut, and jojoba oils and is scented with essential oils.

Cool Down Bar Soap ($6.50) has such a short list of ingredients (see below) and smells wonderful. I didn’t notice a cooling sensation but I felt lifted just sniffing the fragrance.

This bar had a little exfoliation going on thanks to the spearmint leaves and look, the label can be planted – it has seeds embedded within!

I couldn’t find Cool Down Bath Salts ($9?) on the Soap Shack website, which is too bad because it is the best stuff I’ve smelled all month! I didn’t actually use this yet, I just stuck it under my nose and breathed deeply. I could even feel a cooling effect in my throat, that’s how good it is. I am saving it for when I have a cold, it will surely help me breath better then!

Cool Down Natural Deodorant ($9.95) Something remarkable happened about five minutes after I applied this natural deodorant – my armpits had a noticeable cooling sensation! I only wear natural deodorant on the weekends and it didn’t keep me stink free, but some people would argue that there is a detoxification period before it will work but with the highs still in the 90’s here I’m not going to risk it.

I received two shower steamers and one bath bomb! Uplifting Spearmint Shower Steamer ($2.50) smelled good in the package but there are so many different scents in my shower (from shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.) that I had a hard time noticing this one. It fizzed just like a bath bomb and lasted longer than my shower time. I’m saving Chill Pill Shower Steamer ($2.50) and Chill Pill Bath Bomb ($3) for another time, although they smell minty fresh and I won’t wait too long since this is one of my favorite scents of all time.

Spoil Me Club baby, yeah, that’s where it’s at! This box was amazing! I loved that everything was a natural peppermint and eucalyptus scent and the products are mostly made of natural ingredients. This isn’t a vegan box, as the deodorant had beeswax. If you’re not a fan of minty eucalyptus products that’s OK, because you can let The Soap Shack know what types of scents you like so they can make a box just for you. Items may vary but The Soap Shack makes so many awesome items that whatever they send is sure to be a hit. I received around $43.45 worth of products so I felt like I got a great value for the subscription price, plus the shipping was free! If you like natural bath and body products that feature aromatherapy then sign up for The Soap Shack, baby!

This looks as if it is a good box. There are benefits to all items having same/similar fragrance. The only problem is when you do not like the fragrance. This box would be a total miss for me as I do not like minty fragrances.

Virginia, thanks for reading and bringing up a great point! When you sign up, they give you some categories to choose from, such as citrus, earthy, or surprise me. When you click, it then gives you another opportunity to leave a request, comment, or suggestion so you can say no mint, or roses, or whatever you dislike. I love mint, but would be turned off by a floral box.
