Petit Vour is a monthly vegan beauty subscription box sending the “crème de la cruelty-free.” For only $15 per month, you receive four cruelty-free and non-toxic beauty products, mostly deluxe sample sized but with the occasional full-sized item. Subscriptions are available in 1, 3, 6, or 12-month terms and all items are sans the “Dirty Thirty” and of course free of all animal derived products.

The information card gave details of each item. You can purchase the full sizes in the Petit Vour Store and you also earn points for rating your items which can then be used in the store (you also earn points on shop purchases and for referring a friend!). Have you ever wanted to build your own sample box? Petit Vour sells samples so you can basically build your own box!

Everything in my box!

R.L. Linden & Co La Balmba Rosa ($9) I am always on the search for a beeswax-free lip balm and this one fits the bill. Coconut and jojoba oils are two of the moisturizing ingredients and it is scented with a proprietary blend of essential oils.

I love that this is in stick form so it’s less messy and more sanitary than a pot. It left my lips smooth and had a very soft scent. If you are overloaded with lip balms, try this one on your cuticles, skin irritations, or dry patches such as elbows.

Zabana Essentials Sugar + Salt Body Scrub in Coconut ($4) Wow, this stuff smells AMAZING, like chocolate cake batter! There was enough in the pouch for two shower sessions and it actually stayed on my skin rather than instantly falling onto the shower floor. Sugar, Dead Sea salt, baking powder, coconut oil, and cacao powder are some of the natural ingredients in this mix and it gently exfoliated my skin and left it hydrated afterwards, no moisturizer needed. Did I mention that it smells good enough to eat?

Adorn Cosmetics Mineral Finish Powder ($5 according to info card) is a matte setting powder that blurs imperfections and helps reduce shine.

I poured a bit in the cap and then dipped a fluffy brush in it, tapped off the excess, and then swept it over my face. It helped my face look less shiny and didn’t settle into fine lines either. Perfect for summer since it kept my skin looking good all day.

Tay Essential Oils Bar Soap in Juniper Lake ($4) I could smell this lovely bar of soap as soon as I opened the box and it smells good, sort of forest fresh and not too feminine.

Sea salt, French green clay, cocoa seed oil, and shea butter are some of the ingredients in the soap and it lathered well and rinsed off clean. I didn’t notice any lingering scent.

OSEA Sea Minerals Mist ($16) is a hydrating and revitalizing mist for normal, combination, or acne prone skin. I sprayed it on my skin after cleansing and before moisturizing and it was non-sticky and dried quickly. It can also be used as a setting spray or sprayed on anytime to increase moisture.

Water, Dead Sea salt, aloe, and various minerals may help reduce redness and irritation and protect skin from pollutants.

I’m always amazed because I feel like Petit Vour sends items that are perfect for me and my needs! I like the variety of items, too, and feel like it hits several different beauty areas each month. I enjoyed all of this month’s items and am having a hard time picking a favorite. This month’s box had a value of around $38, which is more than double the cost of the box!

Any box with Osea is a great box! This month totally made up for the disappointing June box.

Anna, I think I need a whole tub full! I’m hoping the spray helps with facial redness in the long term, too.
