Glowing Beets is a monthly natural beauty subscription box. In each box, you’ll receive 3-4 deluxe-sized samples or full-size beauty products made with natural ingredients and no harmful chemicals or toxic stuff. You’ll be able to test out the scent, texture, and performance of high-end natural beauty products before committing to full size. This subscription is $29.95 a month plus $5.99 for shipping.

My items were shipped in a brown cardboard box and had shredded paper for cushioning.

DEAL: Save 10% on your first box! Use coupon code 10OFF.

The two-sided information card gave details of each item along with the retail value.

Everything in my June box!

Forager Botanicals New All Natural Shimmering Body Oil in Stargazer ($38) This is a new to me brand! Every subscriber received either this shade or Moonboom (the champagne one shown on the card).

This shimmer oil is gorgeous! It’s made with almond, apricot, and jojoba oil. This shade offers a sexy citrus amber scent.

Gaffer&Child Shaving Butter ($30) I’m going to admit that this shave butter never made it to my side of the shower – my husband snapped this one up!

It uses shea butter, jojoba oil, and essential oils to create a cushiony, vegan base for your shave.  My husband loves it and was impressed with the formula.

Shop Knotty Dent + Damage Free Hair Coils ($10)

I love these coils – if you  haven’t seen them before, they look like old school phone cords but you can use them in your hair like a pony and it holds it strongly without denting your hair. No headaches either!

Elyse Marie Botanicals N°79 Hair Repair ($20)

This hair serum is a combo of apricot kernel oil, jojoba, avocado oil, and lavender oil.

It’s designed to seal the cuticle as well as protect your hair from dry, split ends.

It came with little lavender buds in the box. The card does say “perfect for everyone” but frankly with really fine hair that I cut frequently, this product isn’t for me, and I saved it to pass off to my best friend, who begs me for hair oils (which is totally great, because I just can’t use them – I don’t even use a conditioner half the days because it’s just too much!).  Of course you can use this serum for something else besides your hair, and I would have liked to have seen that addressed on the card rather than claiming that it’s “perfect for everyone.”

Overall I was wowed by the retail value packed in the box – $98 in natural and organic products (except the hair coils)! This was amazing, and everything was exceptionally high quality.  I’m also a big fan of a good shimmer oil in the summer, so having an early release really floated my boat. Bring on summer!

I love that shimmery lotion, it looks beautiful. I hate hair oils too but I think I would use it as a body oil!
