The Nostromo Patch was not included in my BAM! Box. We reached out to them about it:
If you have not seen our emails, Facebook posts/comments, Update Feed, or our post on the Community, we are aware of the missing patch. Everyone is missing the Nostromo Patch from the May box. This is the item that caused the delay and rather than wait for the patches to arrive to us, we decided to ship the May boxes out.
If you have a June box on order with us, the patch will be in that box. If you do not have a June box on order with us, the patch will be shipped out to you separately around the time that the June boxes ship out.
Also there will be 1 free extra item in June’s box to make up for the April/May delays. If you are not getting a June box, you will not get the free extra item. There was not an extra item in the May box for the April delay, it was always slotted to be in the June box.
Description Book. The BAM! Box went back to using a sheet to describe what was in the box last month. This month marks the return of the booklet. I personally prefer the sheet.
War of the Worlds Print – Chris Garofolo is the artist for this cool looking print it is also includes his autograph. Most will receive a grey print (pictured) while 500 lucky subscribers will receive a red version.
Tom Kane Autographed 8×10 – Tom Kane is the voice of Yoda on Star Wars:Clone Wars. There are two different Yoda photos subscribers can receive.
Twiki Pin. Biddi-biddi-biddi! Buck Rogers fans will recognize this iconic character. This is one of my favorite pins I’ve received from BAM! Box.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Premier Cell. A scene from the movie is captured on 35mm film and put into this card with Baby Groot on it.
BAM! Box has a Community of people that like to trade items. In case you were hoping for a different item, you can reach out to others and see who may want to trade. I like that BAM! Box encourages subscribers to engage; not just with the service, but with the other subscribers.
The BAM! Box takes pride in what they send and they have items you won’t find anywhere else. Everything arrived in excellent condition. I am a bit disappointed that the patch from Alien was not in my box especially since the amount of items in BAM! Box has decreased a lot since their early boxes.
