Eternally in Amber is a bi-monthly artisan-crafted hair accessories subscription box. Every other month you’ll receive a box of gorgeous hair accessories and styling tools like barrettes, combs, hair claws, and more. Choose between the Basic Box ($15 for 2-3 items) and Deluxe Box ($25 for 3-4 items) options.

The Eternally in Amber box was full of beautiful hair accessories. Five in all!
Tortoise Shell Embellished Headband ($18) – “Shine oh so bright this Spring with this much needed essential. It has just the right amount of bling to take your hair from drab to fab in seconds!”
Eternally in Amber‘s accessories are made with an organic non-petroleum based plastic called cellulose acetate. It is made of natural wood and cotton fibers and is durable and flexible. You will also not that the products are extremely smooth, they use an inverted seem when they mold them so that there is nothing to snag or catch your hair. I like the little combs on the underside of the headband, they are just long enough to help keep the band in place, but not too long (so they don’t poke you in the brain).
Fuchsia Mosaic Bow Barrette ($10) – “Use this beauty to add a touch of elegance and pretty pop of color. Great to pull back hair or to add to a sleek ponytail.”
You won’t find most of these pieces, including this barrette, in the Eternally in Amber shop because it is a Limited Edition. Many of their items are Limited Edition and all are artisan made, so once they are sold out, they are gone forever.
Limited Edition Clip Set – (Pink Abstract or Black/Gold Swirl) “You get to try it out first! Use this gorgeous duo to add a pop of color as you tie fly always down or to pull back hair off your face.”
We received the Pink Abstract set in our box and it was gorgeous! The bright colors swirl and blend together like bright mother of pearl shell. The alligator clip has great teeth that help it stay put in your hair. I can’t get over how smooth these are…
Refreshing Hair Mist Sample – (Island Mist or Wild Rose, $3) “Sometimes your hair needs a little refreshing. Use this sample of one of the new products from the eternally in Amber Hair Styling Product line to revive old dry hair with moisture, add a hint of shine, and a subtle elegant scent to your luscious locks.”
This stuff worked great on my naturally curly hair. It tamed fly-away hair and added a little moisture when the curls started to feel a little too crunchy.
I loved the colors in this month’s Eternally in Amber box! The Pink Abstract was my favorite! Or the Tortoise Shell Embellished Headband. It’s hard to choose. I love the colors and the smoothness of the organic plastic.
