I expect more from a luxury box. I feel uncomfortable with Luxor Box being unable to communicate with subscribers while the delayed March boxes are being delivered. I was on the fence about ordering the full-size May box. Now I won’t because I do not understand how Luxor Box does not have access to email while their office is being moved.
I may order the full-size May box, providing that it is still available. once I am assured that their move is complete and there are no further issues with communicating with subscribers.
