I’m so excited to review another of CutiePieMarzia’s subscription boxes! It’s a quarterly box curated by CutiePieMarzia, who is an Italian Youtuber (and the girlfriend of PewDiePie). I love her fashion style, so I was really happy to hear she had her own subscription box!

There are 2 versions of this box – the regular one for $29 per quarter, and the Very-Important-Marzipan box for $89. This is a review of the regular box. The CutiePieMarzia box ships from Toronto, Ontario and ships worldwide.

Marzia’s snow box! The list of items is a bit shorter than previous boxes, but I’m really excited to dig into everything.

BioEffect EGF Serum ($50) This tiny sample is a third of the size of the full bottle, which is $160 USD! A bit too pricey for my wallet, so I hope this doesn’t work miracles or I’ll need to splurge on it. This treatment oil contains only 7 ingredients, is fragrance-free and cruelty-free. Just press 2-4 drops onto cleansed skin at night to improve skin tone, minimize wrinkles, and moisturize skin. It comes with a nice makeup bag (it’s a soft, squishy faux leather) and a code for 15% off. BioEffect is a European brand, so it’s very cool to try a product I haven’t come across here in Canada.

Frank Body Peppermint Scrub ($7) This coffee scrub is paraben free and is loaded with refreshing peppermint oil to wake you up in the morning or refresh you after a sweaty workout. I love how this smells, but I am picky about packaging on scrubs etc especially when it comes to the shower – my shower is an enclosed shower, so there’s really nowhere to put a paper bag that is going to rip/fall apart as soon as it gets wet! I’d be interested in trying other Frank Body products after looking through the website. Frank Body is an Australian creation, and the cheeky humor on the website is hilarious. Did you know that coffee has the same pH balance as skin? That’s one of the reasons it works so well in harmony with healthy skincare. I didn’t know that!

Moon Patch ($8) What I love about Marzia’s box is that she always includes something exclusive or a personal collaboration. She has just started her own clothing line, and this patch includes hand drawn art by Marzia herself of a house on the moon. This is so neat!

Snowflake Bookmark ($5) Another item designed by Marzia! I love how simple but effective this is for tucking into a book.

ToGoSpa Ice Water Eyes ($12.50) Eeee, I love these, and so does my mom! I always share a pack with her when I get one since they work so well. When I don’t feel like balancing a sheet mask on my whole face, these eye patches are PERFECT to stick on and leave on. They even fit under my glasses so I can do about my morning.

Sunday Riley Martial Mattifying Toner ($12.50) This mattifying toner is great for oily and acne prone skin. My skin is… neither of these things. I have slightly dry skin and no acne, so unfortunately this one isn’t going to work for me. Skincare is kind of a gamble, honestly, but I watched Marzia’s unboxing video and she explains that this is a product she uses personally and that’s why she included it – and she also recognises not everyone has her skin type, so that’s why she included the BioEffect serum as well. This item found a new home with a friend of mine.

Blinc Eyeliner Pencil ($22) I feel like I’m the only person who hasn’t tried their famous mascara? Anyway, I was very excited to see this eyeliner. The packaging reminds me a lot of Urban Decay’s 24/7 eyeliners. This formula is totally smudgeproof and waterproof in addition to being vegan. This white ccoloris great for lining your waterline and inner corners.

Kokie Cosmetics Lipstick ($6) Kokie Cosmetics started out with nailpolish and now do cosmetics as well. This lipstick is a nice nude brown. I prefer something with a little more volume/oomph, so this one was gifted. I like that the price point isn’t high but the quality is good.

The fall box had a value of over $100! ($113, with my math) For a $30 box, Marzia manages to pack so much value into it. Her VIM (Very Important Marzipan) box is also impressive, but honestly this smaller version has a great selection of items. I didn’t find as many favourites in this box but the serum, eyeliner, eye patches, and the adorable moon patch are awesome, and I am so pleased with the box overall.
