White Willow Box is a Canadian subscription box featuring lifestyle items that are thoughtfully curated and selected. Boxes ship in the beginning of the month from Vancouver. White Willow Box is switching to a bimonthly format as of August, and this is the October box, the first bimonthly box.
Under the tissue, everything is carefully buried in paper squiggles.
In addition to the product card, there’s also a Christmas card and some candy canes.
The product card always includes photos of all of the items.
Kocostar Dry Hands Rescue ($5) How perfect is this for a winter box? Kocostar is a Canadian company, which is awesome to see in WWB. They have a ton of masks for specific needs, such as nails, feet, and even hair and split ends as well. This specific product looks to be exclusive to Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie.
This beautiful gift box is perfect to gift if you already know what’s inside of it – but of course, I had to open it to look!
Gold and Marble Necklace ($2.50) So I may have found this necklace on AliExpress a couple weeks ago when the spoiler was first released. It feels like it has a nice weight to it, but honestly, the problem with jewelry that doesn’t include a designer or a tag means you can’t be sure what metals are used in it. I would love to see a high-quality piece of jewelry included, maybe by a Canadian designer, in a future box.
This muslin bag smelled amazing, and you’ll see why!
Gilded Winter Glistening Snow Votive ($14) This beautiful frosted votive holder contains a soy candle in the Glistening Snow scent – it’s pine with a hint of vanilla. It comes with a package of matches.
Manna Kadar Lip Locked Stain ($32) This was actually buried in the squiggles, and I only found it as I was getting ready to recycle the squiggles for a Christmas present! Silly me totally missed it on the product card. This is a Manna Kadar product I haven’t tried yet. I love long wear lip color and this is a nice universally flattering neutral pink.
Chocolate Chip Walnut Biscotti ($10) Murchie’s makes awesome tea and good treats too. This is going in with me to work tomorrow – this bag is HEAVY and full of biscotti.
(Sorry the lipgloss is missing from the glamor shot – I only found it hours after I’d written this review!)
This month’s WWB had a value of $63 CAD, or $47 USD. The value was a bit skewed because of the actual cost of the necklace, but I still really liked everything that was included. What I loved about this box is that so many items are easily giftable to friends or family, and the biscotti makes a great treat to share.
What did you think of this month’s White Willow Box?
