Oh my goodness, these cookies are delightful – perfect bakery buttery taste. When I originally opened this month’s Darby Smart box I was a little sad because baking is one of the things I do best and I thought how much fun could this be. I will say that I loved letting my daughter make cookies on her own with little mess and even littler clean up. These cookies are certified organic, non-GMO and taste amazing enough to become a staple in my pantry for those days where you want to bake but don’t want to think about it.
