Yogi Surprise, in addition to its regular monthly lifestyle box, has a jewelry+treat only subscription box. Every month you’ll get 2 handmade yoga-inspired jewelry piece and 1 superfood or organic chocolate treat. Yogi Surprise Jewelry is fairtrade, sustainably harvested, nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free, made in Bali, Indonesia, and 10% of all proceeds are given to further education for the Balinese families who hand-make the jewelry pieces.

This month’s theme was Harvest Celebration and the jewelry pieces were made to help promote calmness and emotional balance while energizing you to align with abundance.

At the back of the card, there’s a list of the items, as well as this month’s yoga sequence. Which I totally tried doing while looking in the box. They were quite easy to do and great to do after spending way too much time in front of my computer. A nice breather before getting to the goodies!

All the items in the box.  The jewelry comes in little cloth drawstring bags.  I love getting those bags. It’s always nice to offer a gift or to keep your jewelry in your jewelry box.

Amethyst Stalactite Slice “Be Healed” necklace (85$). This piece was this month’s spoiler on social media. Amethyst is great to help in meditation and was also the stone said to protect from drunkenness. I’m usually more of a “blue stone” person, but amethyst is always a stone I go back to recenter myself. The chain is very long, perfect to go with turtle neck woolen sweaters this season’s calling for (it’s freezing in the morning up here!).

The chain itself is not really to my taste, but the bail on the pendant is wide enough that it would fit on a lot of different chain or cord. (It didn’t stop me from wearing it instead of taking the picture!)

Golden Jasper Adjustable ‘Grounding’ bracelet (38$). This bracelet is super adorable! I have tiny wrist, and I had no problem making it fit properly, although the cords on each side were then very long and dangling. I love that each little square of stone goodness has a very different pattern than it’s neighbours, like the bracelet is telling different stories. Jasper is a grounding stone, perfect to get the feeling of being here, and being in tune with our surroundings. The colour is perfect for fall, and even if the bracelet seems big and bold, it is subtle and fun! The adjustable cord is also great when worn with a woolen sweater, not that I would know anything about it (Keeping the jewelry on the table for this photoshoot was hard!!!!)

Pacari Small Batch Artisan Chocolate (6$). This month’s treat was a dark chocolate bar. I’m not a big fan of chocolate, so this one will go to a friend who LOVES chocolate.

This was my first Yogi Surprise Jewelry Box and I was so happy with what I’ve received! Both pieces fit perfectly with the Fall season, and with the need to ground ourself after summer. They are also quite fun to wear and the jasper is gorgeous!
