PawPack is a subscription box for your dogs or cats. Each month, you’ll receive 5 or more hand selected items that your fur babies are sure to love. PawPack strives to feature hypoallergenic products and aims to ensure that items are all-natural and grain-free. Additionally, 10% of PawPack’s proceeds go towards supporting rescue causes. Choose between 3 sizes to determine the right fit for your dog – small (0-20 lbs.), medium (20-50 lbs.), and large (50+ lbs.). Boxes are $39 per month (price drops with extended plans – $29 per month for an annual plan).
Look at the fun toys! The girls will be so excited to play.
Our September PawPack!
SPOT 10.5″ Canvas Newspaper ($5.37): This faux newspaper has a squeaker and crinkle inside. The cute print features fun “news” stories of other pets. As soon as the squeaker was hit, Lily was on this toy.
Gimme, gimme.
Got it, and it’s all mine.
Zippy Paws Squeakie Emojiz – Tongue Out ($6.99): Emojis are everywhere, and now your pup can share in the craze. This plush toy features 2 squeakers and a tongue out face. We haven’t had very good luck with Zippy Paws toys – the girls usually rip them within a week. I’m going to hold this for later.
Loving Pets Pure Buffalo 6″ Bully Stick ($2.00): Buffalo is a leaner and healthier option to beef for your fur baby. Bully sticks help to satisfy their natural chewing instinct while maintaining dental health. Unfortunately, neither of my girls like bully sticks. This will be passed on to my sister’s dog who absolutely loves them.
Loving Pets Totally Grainless Meaty Chew Bones – Beef & Sweet Potato ($6.86): Like the bully stick, these chew bones help to satisfy chew urges and massage gums. The outside is hard and features a softer core. I’m not sure the girls liked these or not. They each took one and proceeded to hide it in their beds. Maybe they’re saving them for a late night treat.
Lily guarding the chew bone but not sure if she likes it yet.
Holistic Select Drizzles – Pumpkin, Banana, & Yogurt ($14.99): These biscuit treats look like little tea cookies! The treats are made with fiber-rich fruits and protein-packed yogurt, and then they are given a probiotic drizzle to support healthy digestion. I was amazed by these because Lily actually ate one. As I’ve mentioned before, my dogs do not like biscuit treats. These are currently on sale at Chewy.com for $8.49.
That one time she ate a biscuit, now recorded for posterity.
I swear I have 2 dogs. Lexi was being anti-social and wouldn’t come out from under my bed. Maybe she’ll cooperate next month.
The September PawPack is valued at $36, barely covering its cost. In recent months, PawPack boxes have had a reduced value and are coming in around the same amount as a single box. They’ve also removed the product information card, which means subscribers have to work a bit to get pricing or general information on items received. Plus, I enjoyed learning about the featured animal rescues that PawPack was supporting. I do hope the box value increases as we near the holidays because I like to feel that I’m getting a deal with each of my subscriptions.
