Tween Box is a monthly or one time gift subscription box for $24.95 a month. Tween Box strives to introduce girls ages 5-12 to new and exciting merchandise. They send up to seven gifts monthly including jewelry, health & beauty, arts and crafts stationery and more in a lovely packaged box to them. The motto is Embrace, Empower, Excel! Each box contains 1 gift that’s handmade from a woman that’s economically disadvantaged.

Blue and silver turtle charm on neon yellow band. This was not listed on the list of contents but who cares, it’s so cute. My daughter loves “gummy bracelets”, she likes to take the charms off and create her own style.
Butterfly cosmetic bag, retails for $12. This is the item that helps disadvantaged women. The purchase of this bag will help educate six girls and help women in Vietnam become financially independent. This bag is perfect for holding personal items in backpacks or purses.
Whimsical Emery Board ($1) and Expressions Girl Fruit Scented Nail Polish ($6). Little emery boards are great for teaching girls how to use them with control. The pretty flowers also help her keep track of which emery board is hers. Grape scented nail polish is so much fun. The scent doesn’t emerge until the polish dries, it dries with a glitter finish too. My daughter has a collection of scented polishes but she said this smells better than any other.
Sadly my 12 year old wasn’t a fan of this Whirly Bug pen. She felt like it was a bit immature. I on the other hand love it! It’s so cute and I love polka dots. Guess my taste in pens is more fun than my daughter’s!
Shimmery Hair ties retail for $8. These were a huge hit with my daughter. She loves this type of ponytail holder for several reasons. They don’t pull out hair when removed and they leave no funny lines on her wrists.
Candy! Apparently this cupcake lollipop is a bonus item ($2). It lasted all of 2 minutes so it must have been very tasty. 
Inside the cupcake holder is an adorable cupcake necklace that retails for $15. It’s so colorful and fun that my daughter is excited to wear it with everything she owns. She is also excited because she can wear it to school with her uniform for a splash of personality.
Tween Box was so much fun for both of us girls. It was nice to see there is a box that caters to young ladies because they tend to feel left out. I loved the happy, positive vibes this overly colorful box brought and my daughter loved the items. I do wish there were different boxes based on age brackets, there seems to be a big difference between what a 5 year old and a 12 year old likes.
