Mission Cute is a monthly subscription box of cute – plus half the net proceeds go to that month’s nonprofit pick. Each MissionCute box comes with at least 2 items made by small-but-mighty artisans and local businesses. By joining MissionCute, you’ll receive a box of 4-6 hand crafted items starting at $39 a month fr the deluxe box.
Neatly packaged to ensure nothing is broken or dirty. There is a lot of plastic protection in this box, which made me happy for the product and a little sad for the environment.
Card of Contents, includes a list of items with websites and prices. Card also includes how to stay in touch via social media.
The second side includes information on the charity of the month. August was dedicated to The Warm Place, a bi-weekly peer-support group for children and their families after the death of a loved one. I loved that the description was short and sweet and right to the point. It also was nice to see that you can nominate other nonprofit organizations.
Just Be Kind 5X7 Print ($9) is pretty in pink. The contents card has this priced at $9, which I think is a bit excessive. I love the message it promotes and I will be framing it for my desk as a reminder to be nice.
A beautiful Triangle Hair Clip ($12). I like that this is easy to use and different than most of my other clips.
Candelles Fig And Sugar Soy Tarts ($5) smell amazing in the package and in a tart warmer. What I love about soy is that it cleans up easy and burns clean. What I love about these tarts in particular is the subtle scent.
The Sweet Intensions Strawberries And Cream Bath Bomb ($8) is wonderful. The smell is sweet and fruity. I thoroughly enjoyed this bath bomb because it left very little grit in my bathtub.
Gorgeous Starfish Project Sparrow Necklace ($27.99) in stunning silver. I am in love with this necklace, it’s on a 36 inch chain with heavy chunky pendants. The length of this necklace is great for creating the layered look or just making a statement. White quartz makes me think of my childhood home and it clearly my favorite part of the necklace.
Midnight Breeze Scarf ($16)! I love infinity scarfs because of their versatility. Blue is one of my favorite colors and will match at least half of my wardrobe. I love how soft and sheer the material is, this weight is perfect for summer nights.
Mission Cute has accomplished their mission of getting amazing hand crafted products to my door. I was pleasantly surprised that every item is usable and that I will not have to share anything with my daughter or husband. I also think that $78 dollars worth of product for $39 is great value and price. Not to mention approximately $19 is going to a nonprofit organization to do good for our community.
