Yogi Surprise, in addition to its regular monthly lifestyle box, has a jewelry+treat only subscription box. Every month you’ll get 2 handmade yoga-inspired jewelry piece and 1 superfood or organic chocolate treat. Yogi Surprise Jewelry is fairtrade, sustainably harvested, nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free, made in Bali, Indonesia, and 10% of all proceeds are given to further education for the Balinese families who hand-make the jewelry pieces.

This month’s jewelry was inspired by the theme “The Divine Within.”  The beautiful and graceful flowing motion of life is that of the divine.  It is in every thing and every being.  We can all reconnect to the awareness of that rhythm by entering into deep stillness and self inquiry.   The jewelry pieces this month serve as reminders and symbols of commitment to reconnecting to this beautiful awareness.

All the items in the box.  The jewelry comes in little cloth drawstring bags.  I love those bags.  They can be used to store the jewelry or for coins or even for your headphones in your bag.  I put my crystals in them as well.

Balance Sandalwood, Pearl and Amazonite Mala ($120).   This 108 beaded mala, made with sandalwood beads, known to calm the mind, enhance mental clarity and aid in opening the Third Eye was designed to instill peace, balance, truth and courage.  IT also features pearl and amazonite.

‘I am Healed’ Labradorite & Jade Bracelet ($35).  Labradorite is said to be a stone of protection, creating a shielding force throughout the aura and strengthening natural internal energies.  The bracelet is combined with white jade beads, which are known to help filter distractions and pull in relevant and constructive energies, helping to aid in decision making .

Lovely Candy Co Fudgee Roll ($2).  These gluten free, all natural and ‘consciously crafted’ chocolate fudgee rolls are a cool snack.  Not my cup of tea.  I’d rather have a piece of chocolate, but that’s my personal preference. I guess we’re stuck with chocolate-like snacks for the summer!

The theme of the box is a good one.  The mala is beautiful.  That and the bracelet tie in well with the theme.  I would’ve preferred a piece of chocolate to the fudgee rolls but I suppose it’s good to change things up.   The total value for the items is $157.
