I’m so torn this month! I want Shrill, Modern Lovers and Before the Fall….I think I will hold myself to just two…but which ones??? I know I can always add one on next month too but the temptation is great….
I had a hard time picking this month! I am already reading Modern Lovers which I think anyone would like if they loved Vacationers. I am still at the beginning of the book (chapter 10) where they are setting up the plot. It reminds me of an onion. I am reading about the characters on a superficial level which is how others view them. I am starting to learn about their motivations. Soon the layers will peel back like it did in Vacationers.
I ended up narrowing it down to Shrill or Before the Fall.
