Five Four Club May 2016 Subscription Review + Coupon

Five Four Club is a men’s clothing monthly subscription club – sign up, pick a style profile and your sizes, and get clothes every month.   The subscription is a $60 flat monthly fee, and traditionally subscribers receive a variable number of items each month, depending on the value of the month’s selections (months with several items usually include a tee shirt or other lower value item). This subscription ships at the end of the month.

This month’s shipment only came with 2 items. I was hoping they would at least add an accessory! FYI – my Five Four profile is “Classic.”

My package also came with a mini catalog / lookbook from their latest collection.

Here’s what I got:

Barlow Navy Shirt – I wasn’t too impressed with the shirt. But then again, this is coming from the guy who is use to wearing black all the time. I got the shirt in a large. The shirt was a fitted/slim cut on me, which I do like.

However, the sleeves were just hitting my wrists and I kept getting a peak-a-boo hole in the shirt due to my “large” chest. Overall I do like the shirt. It’s great quality and giving that the weather is warmer, I was a able to breathe in it and not burst into a sweat.

FF x Robert Geller Donahue Jean (Blue) -$66 : These jeans are a slim cut and I’m definitely feeling these jeans.

They’re really comfortable and have a slight stretch to them. They’re super soft and fit my legs well. I would have preferred a darker wash denim. However, these are good to wear with practically anything.

Even though I only got 2 things this time around, it made up for it in quality. Everything is made well and with good quality fabrics. Hopefully, I get lucky number 3 (or more) next time around.
