I’ve been with RTR for almost a year. Cancelled a couple of months ago for two reasons…price hike (again!) and horrible turnaround time. When I first subscribed to RTR, it was $49. Then they increased it to $100 but customer service quality decreased in my opinion. I once ordered dresses for an even 2 weeks in advance and they arrived after 3 weeks…reasons included that something was out of stock, that delivery guy didn’t pick it up (lies), and a bunch of other nonsense. I never got my clothes on time for the events and was lucky to try 4-6 items and have at least 2-3 items fit. It’s definitely not “Unlimited”. They raised the price again and it’s just not worth it to me anymore.
