Powered Geek Box January 2016 Subscription Review + Coupon

Powered Geek Box is a monthly subscription with geek, gamer, and pop culture collectibles and gear.   Get an epic box every month with a “Christmas morning, gift opening experience,” 12 times a year!  You can choose the premium box (6-9 items) or the deluxe box (4-6 items) and both boxes include a shirt in your opening experience.

The box usually comes with sort of novelty candy item.  This month we got a Spider-Man gummy and Super Pebble Pops. It took all my willpower to not rip open that gummy. I saved it for my son.

TMNT Michaelangelo Plush Ball ($7.94) Hey Mikey! This is really fun!

He has his name embroidered on the back and there’s even little faux ties for his bandana!

Retro Moustache Kit ($7.97) Four self-adhesive moustaches were included: the Freddy, the Wrestler, the PI, and the Kung Fu Master. My husband will wear them with his moustache shirt (that shows 20 possible variations)!

Family Guy Shirt (~$15) This Stewie shirt is hilarious and is totally mine!

NECA Body Knockers Solar Powered The Joker ($12.99) Just expose the panel to light and he’ll rock back and forth for hours. Creepy. These were just released at the beginning of January, so that was cool.

Funko Pocket POP! Keychain – Daredevil ($8) You can unscrew the keychain off of these, but I’ve decided I need to get a little carabiner clip so I can showcase some of my collection on my handbag!

Batman Speed Opener ($6.99)  I love these because they work really well and they take up virtually no room in the drawer.

This month had about $59 in value, which was really great! I loved the shirt, keychain, and bottle opener, my kids will take the candy and turtle!
