The Pearlesque Box theme for February 2016 is Indonesia. I was ecstatic to find this box waiting for me on my doorstep. I nearly swooned when I saw the February spoilers.
Juara! I sampled Juara a couple of times and loved it. I’m excited to receive a brand that I can use that does not irritate my rosacea!!!
The items look great! The travel-size products are a decent size that will allow me to see if they work. The mask is full-size!
The Juara Rice Facial Cleanser ($8) The sulfate-free and paraben-free cleanser is a gentle rice cleanser. The rice bran softens the skin while the candlenut hydrates without clogging pores.
The rice cleanser is different than others that I’ve used. This cleanser works by wetting your face, rub the cleanser gently on your face working it into a foam, and then rinse. I found it easy to use. It did not bother my rosacea and left my skin feeling clean and soft.
The Juara Clove Flower and Turmeric Anti-Aging Serum ($22) addresses the signs of premature skin aging. The serum contains amazing ingredients including turmeric, clove flower, goji flower, and watermelon fruit extract. It is paraben-free, phthalates-free, and fragrance-free. It reduces the signs of aging by brightening and evening out skin tone, reducing fine lines, and increasing skin firmness.The serum has a pump. One pump is adequate for the face and neck. My skin felt smoother after using it.
The paraben-free rich creme hydrates the skin and improves elasticity. A few ingredients in the creme are candlenut oil, and illipe butter. It’s best used when the skin is still moist although I used it on dry skin with good results.
It absorbs quickly into the skin leaving the skin feeling soft and velvety smooth. The creme has a slight scent. The 1.5 ounce jar will last for more than a few weeks!
The Juara Turmeric Antioxidant Radiance Mask ($37) is the full-size product for the February Indonesia box! I am excited about this because the mask is gentle enough to be used 2-3 times a week. My skin needs all the pampering it can get over the winter.
The Turmeric Antioxidant Radiance Mask protects, smooth, detoxify, and brightens the skin. Turmeric is great for fighting inflammation and is a powerful antioxidant. It will brighten the skin tone. The kaolin clay will not stain the skin. It will detoxify the skin and improve pores. The Candlenut Oil hydrates the skin.
The paraben-free mask is different than other masks that I’ve used. It is a moist mask that does not harden. Apply the cream generously over your facial skin. Wait 10-15 minutes and rinse off. You may experience a tingling sensation while it works. It can be used 1-3 times a week.
My nose area is sensitive because I have a cold. I also have rosacea. I experienced a slight tingling and felt comfortable during and after the mask. The cream is creamy and does not feel clay-like. It was extremely easy to use and rinse off.
I’m very happy with the February Pearlesque box. The Juara products are luxurious and are paraben-free, sulfate-free, phthalate-free, and gluten-free, and there was $77 of value packed into this box. I was able to enjoy all the products without having a rosacea flareup. The travel-size products are large enough to determine if they work for your skin. Heart Juara! I can’t get enough of that candlenut body creme and yes it always gives me a second take when I read it. Juara needs to make a candle in their line eventually! And put said candle in sub boxes!

I received that candlenut body butter in my Winter FFF box, and while it felt nice it was too strongly scented for me. I gave it to my mom and she seems to really like it!
