Citrus Lane has officially announced its closure. Citrus Lane subscribers will receive the December box (some subscribers will also receive the January box – check your email for details). For subscribers with multi-month subscriptions that were set to renew in Decemberyou have been charged the monthly rate equivalent to the pro-rated rate. For subscribers with multimonth subscriptions set to renew at a later time, you’ll be receiving two boxes (December 2015 and January 2016 together) and will be refunded the balance. If you’re looking for a similar subscription try Bluum, which is probably the closest substitute. Dear Citrus Lane Member,
It’s been a wonderful four-and-a-half years delighting parents and children so it’s with sad hearts that we write that Citrus Lane will close up shop at the end of this year.
This means that December will be the last box you receive from us and the final time you will be charged by us. Your subscription was set to automatically renew for another three, six or 12 months (depending on which option you originally selected), and you were to be billed for this multi-month term, in December. Instead, you have been charged for the December box only. We have honored you lower multi-month rate, as you will see reflected in your final billing cycle. Please know that we take great care to ensure that all of our subscribers have an excellent experience with their Citrus Lane boxes.
