Pelle Beauty Luxe Beauty Balm ($9) This is a nice balm and the first ingredient is broccoli oil! I thought this had a nice non greasy finish and absorbs well. I love beauty balms this time of year to keep everything ship shape, and I love Pelle Beauty!
Organic Bath Co Stress Less Body Oil ($2.25) I love samples that come in sprays – especially oils. It makes it easier to apply in my opinion. This has a beautiful, clean, and rich lavender scent from Bulgarian lavender plus green tea oils and some other essential oils. It’s a nice drier oil which I prefer for my body.
Modern Minerals Lotus Wei Infused Emotive Lip Gloss in Violet Rose ($24) This was surprisingly strongly scented, and the card says it has an infusion of pink camellia flowers, pink tourmaline gemstone essence, and a light floral fragrance of lavender, chamomile, rose, and neroli, which is a “special emotive formula” to help “magnify Love of Life, inner strength, Compassion and Living in the Present Moment.” I liked it even though I thought it was a bit unusual, and it had great sparkles!
One Love Organics Healthy Locks Dry Shampoo Powder ($12) I have yet to try this one, but it’s certainly a lot different than dry shampoos I’ve tried in the past! In addition to the kaolin clay, it has hyaluronic acid to keep your hair moisturized after the Georgia clay and rice and corn starches does its work, plus a nice plant-based scent and bamboo extract.
This box gets crazier in value each time I open it – This month was around $47 in value, more than three times the price! I also thought all the items fit really well with the theme – a body oil you can put in your quart size bag, dry shampoo that isn’t aerosol, some do-it-all lipgloss, plus a body balm that doesn’t have to go in that danged bag!
