I was a tad disappointed to find a renewal order for this box in my email this morning. I wrote to them about the warm/cool issues, about the pan of makeup that had fallen out, and received no response. I attempted to cancel, but I can’t! They won’t respond to emails and their site gives no info. Bummer.
So, warning, you may find unsubscribing difficult.

Hello it’s me, I am also visiting this website regularly, this website
is in fact nice and the users are actually sharing pleasant thoughts.
I think you have to call them in order to cancel…I really wanted this box when it launched, but I am Canadian and they said I’d have to order it at the regular/one time purchase price ($65 at the time) so plus shipping and the exchange rate, I decided it wasn’t worth it for me. But I remember that I had to call and cancel it.
I love the palette with the pink and purple. I wonder which is that one for warm or cool?
