Surprise My Pet is a surprise variety box each month for your Dogs (other pets coming soon) The Surprise Box includes fun toys, treats, and other goodies. This box is a few months old but have restructured their price and offerings, so I took another look and I am very pleased.
The previous box I looked at didn’t have a great deal of items or value but this one was packed full. Surprise My Pet has simplified its pricing to $39 per month (free shipping) and $29 per month on an annual plan.

All the items in the April Surprise My Pet box! With 4 treats and 3 toys, this is what I’d expected with the first box.
Smokehouse Chicken Barz ($9.20) I do check to make sure the jerky we feed our dog Lindy has been raised in the U.S. and this uses 100% USA chicken. Of course Lindy was delighted.
Butcher’s Block Pet Treats Roasted Beef Tips ($6) This is such a gigantic bag. It’s also one of Lindy’s fave brands, even though it doesn’t look like much! It’s probably because they offer just roasted and dried animal parts. Yum yum!
Barkworthies Chew ($5) I honestly didn’t check which kind of chew it was because I had the remove the tag and feed it to her right away. She said it was delish.
Exclusively Dog Cookies Carob Wafer Cookies ($5.79) the kids especially love feeding our dog cookies. Carob of course is a safe alternative to chocolate for dogs and they adore it. Again a truly giant bag!
Squirrel (??? It looks like a Fox!) ($7) This is a long funny fox toy with two squeakers. I can see much hilarity resulting from this one! No tag or brand.
Dog plush with squeaker ($10) This reminded me sort of Lindy’s hippo, one of her faves. Nice and squishy and fun to kill. The prices on the plush were a few dollars high to me and I couldn’t look them up because they don’t have brand information.
Multipet Dog Toy ($7.53) A very sturdy tug with grippy rubber center!
This was a great box and I was impressed with the changes Surprise My Pet made to this subscription. The total value of the box was around $50. Plus, I found Lindy hanging out in my office playing with toys and waiting for treats, so it’s safe to say she was a fan! As with all dog subscription boxes, a longer term subscription is a much better deal.
