Spring 2015 Rachel Zoe Box of Style Review + Waitlist Update!

The Zoe Report Box of Style is a new fashion, beauty, and lifestyle quarterly subscription box. It’s $100 per quarter ($350 for an annual membership) and the waitlist is reopening 12 pm Pacific Thursday, April 9th.

This box is gorgeous! It’s on the level of the Popsugar Limited Edition boxes. TZR says:

This Thursday, we’re unveiling our summer Box of Style, along with the white-hot hero item inside it. Remember, every delivery is valued at over $300 and contains at least five chic obsessions.

The Box of Style is unique in that it promises to reveal the primary “hero” item as a spoiler (although at this point, it’s not necessary, because it will be a complete sell-out!).

Miansai Modern Screw Cuff ($200) Love this cuff, but it is made for tiny ladies. I absolutely love the styling tips on the card though! First of all it tells you how to put it on (it’s not hard and was obvious to me, but some people might have issues). Then it had two different styling ideas. I’m afraid this may not fit/look good on many women.

TOMS Traveler Sunglasses ($68) Again 2 styling ideas, plus a coupon to save $15 on $85+ orders (TOMSRACHELZOE15). TOMS is the original one for one, giving a pair of glasses to a person in need for every pair of sunglasses purchased. I can’t wear these because I need prescription sunglasses. Too bad, I like them. You can see on the top of the frames they say “Give Sight.” I posted a photo of me wearing them on Instagram.

Zoya custom nail trio ($27) In case you weren’t sure, this is Zoya polish 🙂 The info card came with great “styling tips” for this polish trio (use one coat of this over a coat of that). I do absolutely adore the “Zoe” polish – the opal color.

tarte Lights Camera Lashes Mascara ($20) I have plenty of this fantastic mascara, but not everyone reviews 4+ subscription boxes a day and everyone should toss that mess after 3 months. As RZ says, a splash of mascara will really transform your look.

 Stylin’ Tape ($10) I can’t say I expect to use this tape at all, but I may find use for it – I’m short and generally don’t buy or keep tops that show off my bra, but this may help in that area.

This box was absolutely fabulous and luxe. It contains $325 of value. I’m not sure that it’s for me personally (a sort of miss on the cuff, I can’t use the glasses, etc.) , but it does offer fantastic curation and an incredible value. I think my favorite item in this box is the opal nail polish. Huge pluses on the review side include an absolutely incredible information card, a special offer from each brand, perfect presentation, and really adhering to the Zoe Report’s curation. Maybe I just need to stretch my fashion muscles a tad bit more!
