Petit Vour is a vegan beauty subscription box. For only $15 per month (or $23 if you’re in Canada like me) you receive up to five cruelty-free beauty and grooming samples. It is usually one color item, one hair or fragrance item, one skincare item, and one body item. A survey link is sent out upon signing up. Be sure to fill it out! There can be up to eight variations of the box each month. Boxes ship from the states and it took about a week for mine to arrive in Canada, however one of the items was missing from my box. Petit Vour sent out the missing item immediately and it arrived within a week.
This month’s info card has a print of watermelons!
The information card gives details on each item. You can purchase the full sizes in the Petit Vour Store.
Lily Lolo Sculpt & Glow Contour Duo ($26) Wow, this is a fullsize item and it looks great! The contour/bronzer is a bit too dark for me but I think if I use my MAC 187 I can sheer it out to get a nice glow. (Pale girl problems!) The set is made from natural minerals and is gluten-free.
Formula 55 Sea Mineral Body Polish ($7) This all natural body scrub is made of Dead Sea mineral salts as well as grapefruit & rosemary essential oils for fragrance. For extra hydration you can mix the salts with coconut oil instead of water.
Moringa Lavender Morning Oil ($3) This facial oil promises to reduce redness, damage, dry skin, and signs of aging. This treatment oil is meant to help restore moisture to your skin, but I’ll be passing this on to my mom. I loathe lavender!
Moringa does sound pretty magical though: moringa oil is naturally rich in the cytokinin zeatin, known for stimulating cell division, growth, and delaying aging of cells. Moringa is also rich in crucial fatty acids and antioxidants that fight free radicals that cause premature aging.
Box Naturals Wipes ($1.5o) I never thought I would let out a squeal when seeing wipes, but I did. I’ve seen these pop up in boxes and been extremely jealous. They are very lightly scented, PH-balanced, and great for hands, faces, and ‘special places.’ I normally groan at lavender (see above) but I’ll give it a try because they’re so lightly scented, and I really do want to try these.
My August box had a value of $34.75! I am happy that there was a full-sized item included, and I’m excited to try the body polish as well as the wipes. My mom will be happy with the oil!
