GameStop Vault Drop is a new monthly mystery box from GameStop (you must purchase monthly for now). I’m not going to hide the ball – this is one of the worst boxes I’ve ever received. I’m going to go ahead and label this a do not buy. FYI, I didn’t take photos of the outer box because it arrived in a regular cardboard shipping box with air pillows.
Batman Arkham Knight Comic #1 ($3.99) I already have this comic, but I believe this is a GameStop exclusive variant cover. No information card either!
Spiderman Socks ($8.99)
Batman Knee-High Socks ($9.45)
This choice was baffling. Two pairs of socks – one men’s and one women’s. For us we can get geeky together and that’s fun, but it’s more than a little bizarre for a box that probably has an 80% male demographic (it is GameStop).
ScribbleNauts Unmasked GameStop Exclusive Green Lantern – Series 3 & Batman – Series 4 ($4.99 each) These aren’t blind boxes, but if you buy them from the online shop you get one at random.
It was painfully obvious that someone at GameStop thought it would be cool if they did a mystery box and put little further thought into it than that. The box had a value of $32.41. To their credit – there were no “filler” items in this box and 3 of the 5 items were GameStop exclusives, but getting 2 ScribbleNauts figures and 2 pairs of socks was just weird.
Further, the items did not have a combined value of over $40, and I did not receive a coupon valued at over $40.
Visit GameStop to find out more about this box. You can see other Geek & Gamer Subscription Boxes in the directory.

Well, snap. I’m with you on this one. This box stinks! At least for the price paid. What a strange, unvaried combination of items. :\
the good news is that E likes the little figures!!
Hmm when I read the title I thought this could be good but its almost like they are doing a clearance mystery sale and calling it a sub box. The collection is so very random and looks like they could have just grabbed whatever leftovers they had in the warehouse especially with so many of the items being Gamestop exclusive. Oh that brings me to having no clue that they even had exclusives. I go in that store so infrequently. LOL
