Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a monthly beauty subscription service that sends 4-7 items ranging from unique cosmetics to luxurious skin care. Best of all, they are 100% cruelty-free and vegan, plus most items are natural and non-toxic! Monthly recurring shipments are $22.95 with free shipping in the USA (there is an additional charge for other countries). This sub is also available in 6 or 12-month terms that do not renew but that do earn you a discount.

Vegan Cuts doesn’t offer customization and sends items that are suitable for almost everyone. They promise not to send foundation or other items that match a specific skin tone and instead send makeup items that are as inclusive as possible with possible variations in shades. They also promise a value of at least $30 but have sent boxes that are significantly above that mark. Vegan Cuts sends deluxe “travel” sized or full-sized products and rarely sends single use packets.

Everything arrived safely packed with brown paper squiggles. There was a nail polish wrapped in bubble wrap for its trip.

There was a product information card that included a coupon code for a shop purchase and info on how you can win a free box by sharing your box on social media.

DEAL: Use coupon code MARCHBEAUTY to get $10 off your Vegan Cuts Beauty Box. Valid until 4/30.

The flip side of the card listed each item and the retail value. The March 2018 box theme is A Beautiful Masterpiece! I was missing one item, the polish remover wipe.

Everything in my box! I received 6 5 products this month, let’s see what they do!

Cosmedica Skincare Illuminating Rose Gold Serum ($21.95 on card, $20 online) Oh my gosh, look at how pretty this is! I love rose gold anything!

Aloe juice forms the base of this gel serum, along with some tropical fruit extracts and hyaluronic acid to draw moisture to the skin.

So pretty! It can be used under or over makeup – I just went ahead and spread it all over. I don’t know if it made a difference or not, but maybe I looked a bit more “awake”.

Dr.’s Remedy Enriched Nail Polish in Passion Purple ($17) The shade here is described as “boysenberry”, and being from Southern California I know all about that berry, since one of the biggest theme parks in that state is based around that fruit!

Tea tree oil, garlic extract, and vitamins are in this little bottle. You know what’s not in here? Formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, phthalates, or parabens.

What a pretty color! This looks like something I would wear on my toes, and since giving myself a pedicure is on my to-do list this week, I know which paint I’m using on my little piggies.

Youth To The People Age Prevention Cleaner ($2.25) I really liked this cleanser! It has a fresh clean scent and lathered nicely.

Kale, spinach, green tea, and alfalfa extracts provide antioxidants. Place a small amount in hands and add water until you have a lather. Just a nice, cleansing cleanser.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Precision Lip Brush ($10) I feel like lip brushes are rarely sent in beauty subscription boxes so I was very excited to see this vegan beauty.

Nylon and taklon fibers make up the bristles.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in SYNTH ($25, but it is $10 on the OCC site and is smaller than the sample sent) I’ve only tried this lippie once before so when I saw this I became very happy.

Just a dab of this stuff goes a long way. It has a minty flavor and this rose gold shimmery color is just what I would have picked out for myself. Synth is described as a “true rose gold shimmer.”

The lower swatch is rather heavy so I blended it just above that line so you can see that it’s not too dark. I love this color, it is perfect for me!

I was very happy with my March Vegan Cuts Beauty Box! I loved the lip tar and brush, the face wash was very nice, and the serum made me look like I’d slept well the night before. The nail color was a little bright but it will look good on my toes. I was missing one item but the value of that item was around $1. With the exception of the remover wipe, my box had a value of around $74.25!
