LOL as an update my box finally arrived. The “spoiler” item, the $2.10 Gilcrest & Soames set expired in April (and the hand sanitizer was empty). This box is such a disappointment and complete garbage. Such a shame.
To customer service: I don’t know if I am still signed up for the spring relax and radiate box or not. It is now the 22 of May and I do not yet have the spring crate. Am I signed up or not? Do I have to reorder? Please respond ASAP.

I have not received my box set for the spring shipment. It is now May 21 and no sign of the box. Is it on the way?
I was charged for my Spring Relax & Radiate Crate 113 days ago.
13 days ago I was sent a message letting me know that my package had been shipped, however the tracking number provided was for a label that was printed 72 days ago and has never entered the FedEx system.
I reached out to support to request the correct shipping information (since they sent an email telling me my box had actually shipped) and received a response of ‘We know you are anxiously awaiting to receive your package and wanted to sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment’ with no actual answer to my question. I responded to their message and now it’s crickets from their side. I was going to say this is terrible customer service.. but it’s actually just no customer service.
I received an box that was clearly opened and only had a planter pot and a tote in it. The seal was opened so I’m guessing someone stole the other items – am I mistaken?

It is May 9th and my spring 2022 box has a tracking number created on March 3 but no movement on fed ex. Its so late and judging from the Gilchrist and Soames trio spoiler for 2.10 (note the G and S website reviews for the trio were from 2020) not impressive.
For the cost, I have not been impressed so far. Paid for a year upfront and super disappointed.
I can confirm that is it now May 17 and my spring 2022 box was charged to my account in March, they say they gave the box to FedEx in early May creating a tracking number, but FedEx says the box is not in their tracking system any longer. The Girlfriend site is saying it’s been fulfilled?!?! And I just received an email from the Girlfriend stating that it is indeed with Fedex and they will contact them immediately to find out what is going on.
The Summer Crate will be charged to our accounts the end of May, I deactivated because of this. Not to mention that I agree that many of the items in the crate are filler items and hold no value to me. That said, I have loved several items as well.
When does the spring box get delivered?
I think this box looks interesting, but from a few reviews I’ve seen, everything in it seems rather cheap. Maybe I’m not in the right demographic for this one since it comes from AARP.
