Pukka Night Time Tea ($7.90) Valerian root, oat flower, lavender, and limeflower were blended to produce this relaxing and soothing night time tea.
It’s the ideal before bedtime drink because it’s caffeine-free. The ingredients are also ethically-sourced and organically grown.
To open the box, just tear the perforated lines on the side. Inside, you’ll see the individually-packed tea bags.
There are 20 sachets in total! Preparing it is quite easy too, just infuse it in freshly boiled water for 15 minutes then enjoy.
Badger Sleep Balm ($10.91) Another bedtime buddy is this calming and soothing balm made with essential oils. It helps you relax without the use of artificial ingredients.
It’s packed in a portable tin, making it easy to bring for travels. It’s also USDA certified organic and petrolatum-free.
To use, just apply on your chest, temples, or even your hands then inhale the aromatic scent. It has notes of rosemary, bergamot, balsam fir, and lavender.
I got two items from this month’s Mighty Body and they’re a great combo to help ensure a good night’s sleep. Both the tea and the balm are made with natural ingredients, and that’s what makes them more amazing. If you’re not a tea person, at least you still have the aromatic balm! I like that it’s packed in a tin so I can easily bring it with me wherever. I love its soothing scent too. If you want to switch to natural body care products but don’t know where to start, this subscription is for you! So far, I’ve discovered a lot of amazing products through them and I couldn’t be happier!
