Shipping and Rates

Skip a Month

Going to be out of town? Need a cheese break? You can skip a month (or several) by logging into your account and skipping any upcoming orders. Or, simply email us at hello@curdbox.com with your request.

Subscription Terms

All purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

CHARGES
Starting the month after your initial order, subsequent orders for your monthly boxes will process on the 24th of the month for the following month's box. Monthly subscribers are charged every month, renewing subscribers are on a 3- or 6-month payment cycle, and gift subscribers pay all costs up front and are not charged again.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and managing your subscription there, or by emailing us at hello@curdbox.com with your request.

Please note that cancelling your subscription stops future charges from going through, but doesn't cancel or refund existing orders. So for example, if you cancel a 3-month prepaid subscription after the first box, you will still receive the remainder of your prepaid boxes, but you won't be charged again on the next payment cycle.
