Our final touches are our very own tried and tested recipe and a guided mindful meditation which we record ourselves in house. All our meditations are secular and based on cognitive behavioural therapy.

We only ship within Canada and, due to the handcrafted nature of our business and to ensure quality is not compromised, we limit the number of subscriptions we accept each month.
