I’d bite at the discount price if that pouch were available in ANY other color. (Hate mustard!) Primer looks interesting.
Just got my fall box today but sadly I cancelled my membership. Being a member for a year, there’s been nothing but shipping delays and delayed updates regarding shipments. After the whole summer box debacle where I got it at the end of August, this delay was the last straw. On top of that the winter box isn’t appealing to me. I hope they can find a way to better their communication and shipping logistics. Plus it’s always the same items and I wish we can do more customizing.
I just received my Fall box from Curateur. This is my last box. It was ordered August 8. Curateur did update shipping delays and also noted an extra free item would be included. My extra item was an Amber Sceats cuff bracelet, which is lovely. For me, the highlight of this box is the poncho which is a woven knit and definitely usable for fall and winter. Unfortunately, my poncho had a small hole in the front with a loose, snipped thread. I could probably repair this but feel I shouldn’t have to. I contacted CS through chat, explained situation and sent a couple of pictures. CS resolved issue quickly and I already have tracking info on a replacement poncho. I am happy with the quick response and resolution to my issue. The other items are fine. I received the Kora mask, Laura Geller eyeshadow palette, toggle bracelet and purse. Personally, I find the purses and bags from this subscription to be very small. This bag has a small zipper pouch and a magnetic closure. The pouch will hold ID and credit card, but not a wallet. The bag is about 8″ tall, not counting the handles. Bag is cute, just not practical. With many subscription boxes having poor customer service, I am impressed with Curateur. I would definitely subscribe to this one again!
