Just received my October box and got yet another serum. I think I’ve received one per month at this point for the last 3-4 months. Allure should find a way to stagger these out or provide an option to opt out of some products.
No more serums! I like eye creams, makeup and moisturizers but the serums are too oily for my skin.
Pretty much anything except the Belif will be fine. I have 3 sample pots of it already and it’s not a huge favorite.
I’m not big on brow products so I will probably get the brunette.
I would like the shampoo bar, so we’ll see what happens.
I had the same problem with the serums, way too oily for my skin. But I found one called Glam Essentials Reveal, triple peptide and hyaluronic serum and it’s perfect!! Not oily at all and doesn’t leave a film on your face.
Interesting. I sub through Amazon. Will wait and see what we get. I don’t use Brow pencils, so if that’s included, it will be definite skip for me. Especially with not knowing what color you get. Actually I do think it would be included since it’s probably one of the full size products. Other stuff looks pretty good except I already got Kaja and don’t need another one. Also got Vasanti from Birchbox very long time ago.
They sent out a link to choose your eyebrow product color a couple weeks ago.

If you ARE choosing the October box, be sure to make the eyebrow selection. My was preset to blonde and I’m not anywhere close to that skin tone. I’m hoping I can work with the brunette. Crossing fingers.
I’m up for brow support!!! I might get this box as I’ve been skipping due to my skin care stash!! Thankfully, I haven’t had any customer service issues!
I am gonna pass. Customer service is horrible and very unprofessional. I asked for my September box and they charge me but canceled my account. Did not understand why and I did like allure beauty but the services needs to be fixed and people really need to understand customer service complaints.
I agree with your comments regarding customer service. They are very difficult to deal with and, frankly, quite rude in their email dialogue. Good luck getting a real live person!!

I’m not into this box – that Bento eyeshadow has been going around for at least a year – does anyone know how I skip or cancel?

Why are you writing on here allure? You don’t even responds to calls or even emails and take months to response. Seriously, need to get your service together and work better at your customer service and stop writing on blogs and comments.
