It also has a lovely pink hue that matches the tasting notes of watermelon rind, fresh red pepper, and cherries. This rosé pairs well with coconut curry, zippy salads, and soft cheeses!

For fans of sparkling wine, here’s Public Goods Organic Prosecco DOC Italy NV ($18)! It’s made with native Glera grapes and organic cane sugar, and bottled in Treviso, Italy. It has tight, crisp bubbles that make each sip extremely delightful. This wine has a fruity and floral aroma. It leans toward the sweet scale with tasting notes of green apple, acacia flower, and lime. It makes a perfect pair with spicy food, seafood, and cured meats.

Another great wine to enjoy in summer is Public Goods Organic Pinot Grigio DOC Italy 2020 ($18). Made with pinot grigio grapes and organic cane sugar, this wine delivers a crisp, dry, and floral taste you will love. It’s light-bodied, refreshing, and easy to drink as well. It delivers a punch of acidity with tasting notes of juicy pear, citrus, and flowers, and is best paired with seafood, white miso, and fresh green salad.

The next bottle in the box is Public Goods Organic Chardonnay California 2019 ($18)! It’s made of chardonnay grapes from a family-owned winery in California. Its clear hue looks appealing, and it didn’t disappoint because it has a clean and crisp taste with a bit of an oaky flavor since it’s been fermented in American oak barrels for the last two months. This wine is dry and medium-to-full-bodied with a hint of acidity. With tasting notes of lemon, peach, and toasted oak, you can easily pair it with roast chicken, garlicky clam pasta, and seared scallops.

Lastly, here’s the Public Goods Sustainable Red Blend Loncomilla Valley Chile 2019 ($18), made with a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenere, and 10% Cab Franc. The mix of different grapes is where the name comes from. It tastes crisp because of the splash of acidity, and delivers a juicy dark fruit flavor with a soft mouthfeel. This blend has tasting notes of fig, black plum, and cassis. They recommend pairing it with braised lamb and short ribs!
