The July 2022 My Paper Box theme was Work-A-Holic and had items that would be perfect for those who have a desk and who like to show their sassy side. The style and fonts this month are old-timey, maybe Victorian or turn of the century typeface. I received notepads, pens, and stickers. See all of it below!

Desk Calendar The desk calendar is double-sided and one side has a holiday (some of them are a little out there) and the other side has those same holidays listed and in some cases a second or third one, so you have options. The mini brochure lists these dates and more and has ideas on how to celebrate them (it’s at the end of this post).

Notepads There were three notepads, and you can even order a separate subscription just for notepads (although they will have a different theme). The mint green pad at the top left is 8″ x 5″ and has a lot of space for several different lists and notes. The white pad at the top right is 5″ x 4″ and is numbered, plus, it has a space for doodling! The pad on the bottom is 8″ x 3″ and is supposed to fit near a keyboard. I think these have 30 pages each.

Stickers I found two sheets of stickers in the box. I love to place stickers in my planner and these are so cute and certainly look old fashioned.

Greeting Cards The greeting cards used to have my name inside and I am actually happy that they no longer print it anymore. I prefer to sign my cards myself, plus, my daughters like to use cards from my stash and they can’t use them if they say “Debbie”. The card on the left is 5″ x 3.5″ and is made of lovely pink pearlized paper, I’ve never seen paper like this and it’s so pretty. The card on the right is 5″ x 7″ and is made of that same shimmery paper. I just love these cards, what a sweet touch! They each came with an envelope.

Business and Note Cards The cards on the left are 2″ x 3.5″ and look like business cards, except there’s space for writing on the back. The cards on the right are 4″ x 5.5″ and look like notecards and there’s plenty of space for writing on the front and back. There are 10 cards in each set.

Desktop Tent This is perfect for setting on your desk or maybe at your table when you are at lunch and need some alone time. It folds flat when not in use.

Pens The pens weren’t listed in the brochure but they are always welcome. These are ballpoint and are lightweight, it feels like I’m almost holding air!

I thought the July Work-A-Holic theme was especially good for those who work in an office setting but of course you can make your dinner table your desk if you want to. I thought the pens were a great bonus item and the pads are always super nice. I like the suggestion that I should keep one next to my bed to write down things I might want to do or look up the next morning, rather than checking my cell phone at bedtime. The stickers were neat and the pearlized pink paper used in the cards was a beautiful touch, I want more! The overall font/typeface reminded me of an old time ice cream parlor I used to frequent on birthdays or just because back in the day. I can’t wait to see what theme is coming in August!

Below is an opening picture and below that is a couple of pages from the mini magazine/brochure, which has 23 pages in all!
