In the latest box from Cloth & Paper I received a time timer, a Pomodoro dashboard and tracker board, pens, inserts, and more. If you are new to this box then know that they have a few different subscription options, and you can choose planner sizes based on the planner you use at home or work. This is a review of their Penspiration AND Planning + Stationery combo, which is $54.99 a month and drops to as low as $49.99 a month when you choose the 6-month term. This is the June box, and they send calendar cards etc. two months in advance, so you’re never behind or have to worry about getting those supplies late.

Planning + Stationery Box

Here’s all of the items in just the Planning + Stationery box. There was also a black barreled pen but it wasn’t listed on the product info card so it’s not in this shot, but it was mentioned on the Cloth & Paper website.

Motif Dashboard and Pomodoro Dashboard These dashboards are sized for my planner and act as a kind of separator between various sections. The Motif version has another picture on the back while the Pomodoro paper is blank on the other side.

Here’s a closeup of the Pomodoro dashboard.

Weekly Schedule Insert This set has 36 pages and is undated so you can use it when you prefer. It has a Monday start, hourly schedule, weekly task list, and graphing pages for notes.

Highlights Sticker Set Four sheets of stickers can be used to note important tasks. There are 112 stickers in all, and 56 are “pill” shaped, while the other 56 are rectangular.

Graph Sticky Notes These transparent sticky notes have a graph on them and they are really cool, I’ve never seen notes likes this before.

July 2022 Vertical Weekly, Sunday Start (Refreshed Layout) This item and the one below are pretty much the same, except one is for July and the other for August. I believe we will receive this for each of the remaining months of this year. There is a place to note goals for the month, a monthly calendar spread, and then weekly sections.

August 2022 VWSS (Refreshed Layout) is the same as above but with a different cover and dated for August 2022.

Pomodoro Tracker Board This tracker is transparent so it will need to be placed against something dark in order to see the writing. It is meant to be used with a dry erase pen (not included).

Simplicité Quote Card and August Calendar Card and Time Block Quote Card are listed as journaling cards to be used however you like.

Here are the backs of the two quote cards.

Time Timer ($29.95) My daughter was in the office and commented that she knew of the Pomodoro Technique, which I had never heard of before. It’s basically a way to break down chores into workable chunks with breaks in between. Set a timer for, say, 25 minutes and work on whatever it is (homework, tidying up, clearing out that inbox) and then take a break when the timer goes off, then repeat until the job is done. You can Google for more info if you are interested. This timer requires a battery (not included) and comes with a code to download a free companion app ($19.95 value) and it also has a mini dry erase card and a soft carrying case. I am easily distracted so I look forward to using this to tackle my projects around the house.

I didn’t see this ballpoint pen listed on the card but the website says it’s a Zebra G-450 Retractable 0.7mm Pen and it feels weighty on my hand, solid and sturdy.

There is always a card that shows and describes what is in the box. This is helpful because it’s not always obvious to me at first glance. There is also an unboxing page on the Cloth & Paper website plus they show the products on their YouTube channel!

Penspiration Box

Here’s the stuff from the Penspiration box. The pens are in the white pack that reads “nourish”.

The card on the left is a journaling card while the one on the right is a pen test sheet. The second picture shows the backs of those cards.

Graph Sticky Notes are 3″ x 3″ and there are 50 on the pad. They have a graph design on the front.

The Calendar Card is undated so you can fill in the current month.

The pens come in a variety of barrel colors and brands, although 4 of these are from M&G. All 5 have 0.5mm nibs, 3 have rollerball tips, 2 have needlepoint tips, and all write in black ink. Barrel colors may vary. There is more info on each of these pens on the Cloth & Paper website, just look for their unboxing blog under “subscriptions”.

As always, the Cloth & Paper boxes had so many different items in them, some of them unfamiliar to me and some that are new takes on the usual products, like sticky notes with a graph design. I love the pens, as always, but I also am a fan of the timer and can’t wait to learn more about the Pomodoro Technique.

Below is a box opening picture.
