I have received my Spiffy Socks for June and this time around I received the larger socks for men so I am keeping this pair for myself (my daughter and I usually share this subscription but her feet are much smaller than mine so I can’t Give it Away, give it away, give it away now). The socks come in a poly mailer and when I see that bright green bag in my mail I know I’m in for a treat!
There was an insert with info on the related subscription for ties called Spiffster, plus a sticker.
These socks are made with fiber that starts out as bamboo but then is woven into a type of microfiber. This size fits men’s size 6-12.5. There are washing instructions on the tag but I wash them in warm water and place in the dryer and have had no problems.
Spiffy Socks calls this pair Hot Chili Peppers and they are available in their online shop for $20. The body is royal blue and there are red hot chili peppers all over. The cuffs are blue but the heels and toes are also red hot.
I liked the print this month and since these socks were on the larger size I am keeping them for myself (although I have no problems with the women’s sizes fitting my size 10 feet). Spiffy Socks sends styles that are sometimes a little bold but they’re never out of my comfort zone. Obviously, this would make a great gift for the man who has everything, if he doesn’t have cool socks already. There is also a savings over purchasing the socks individually, $11 for the subscription vs $20 for the socks online. I think Spiffy Socks are comfortable and long-lasting!
