June 2022 My Paper Box theme was Road Trip, and how perfect is that for the beginning of summer? All of the items in this month’s box had a kind of retro feel to them, probably because of the muted colors (like an Instagram filter) and VW Beetles and vans! See what I received below!

DEAL: Get $5 off your first box. Use the coupon code 5OFFMYBOX.

Desk Calendar The desk calendar is double-sided and sits nicely in a stand on my desk so I can see the date at a glance. The back has a list of some of those unusual but still fun-to-celebrate holidays, such as National Pink Day (June 23rd) and Take a Road Trip Day (June 17th).

Notepads I love the notepads, I use them all the time for lists and notes. The pad on the left is 8″ x 3″ and is one of my favorite types of lists, I love the feeling of making a check in a box when I finish something, so satisfying. The pad at the top is 5″ x 8″ and has a three different places for lists and/or notes. The pad on the right is 5″ x 4″ and is perfect for writing a quick note for later or for someone else.

Sticker Sheets I love using stickers in my planner and these are certainly colorful! The sheet on the left has lots of smaller stickers while the sheet on the right has two inspiring statements.

Bookmarks These are a couple of adorable bookmarks and I must say, I think I read more in the summer than at any other time of the year because it’s seriously too hot to go outside where I live, and I need the a/c. These measure 6″ x 2″.

Postcards A set of four postcards is next, and all of them have a VW vehicle featured up front! Even though I have never owned one of these colorful vehicles, I have been known to take pictures of them because they are super cool. The cards have my name on the back. They can also be used as mini desk or fridge art or even as notecards.

Greeting Cards These cards are perfect to send “just because” as they are blank on the inside. The pink card on the right is slightly bigger than the other one but they are both greeting card size.

Deja Views Photo Frames Hmm, I couldn’t find this brand online, their website address redirects to something else. There are 5 see-through “film” strips that look like retro film negatives from back in the day. They are long, 12″ long in fact, and I guess they can be used in scrapbooking or you could cut them into individual pieces and place over a print photo.

I was a big fan of the Road Trip theme and especially adored the VW’s and cool colors. My favorite items, as always, are the notepads but I am looking forward to sending the greeting cards out and will stick the postcards on my fridge for inspiration. Oh, and the bookmarks! Better go start another book so I can put it to use!

Below are a couple of box opening pictures, and a few pages of the included monthly magazine, which has tons of holidays, a calendar, and ideas on how to celebrate those interesting monthly holidays. There are 23 pages in all!
