I haven’t even received my summer 2022 box and I’m extremely upset. I paid for it in May and nothing! One update which was in June and still nothing! After this I’m done with Curateur. They are just as bad as All True and lost 160 with them.
The summer box will be my third box from Curateur. So far, the customization has been nice, choices of the same item in different colors or different jewelry styles. My only issue is I am still waiting for my Summer box, which I selected at the beginning of May. I did receive an email saying they were waiting on one of my items to arrive and would be shipping mid July. Then I got an email saying to be ready to customize my Fall box starting August 1. I wish companies would mail everything they have in a timely manner and send the missing item along separately or even with the next season’s box. As it stands now, I’ll be getting the Summer box hopefully in August. A couple of the items are very summery, so probably won’t use much (if at all) this year.
Buyer beware. I have been waiting 2+ months for my summer box to ship. Communication has been dismal and unhelpful.
Save your money – or, plan to enjoy this box in summer 2023 because you’re not getting it in time for summer 2022.
