The price rises, but the quality and customer service do not rises. It takes more than a month from the time I placed my order to I received it. The item in the box is also not worth it. They put products that is going to expire for customers. I received a Vitabrid C12 powder which is going to expire on October 2022. I received my box on July 2022. I contacted The customer service but they refused to take any actions since they think it is not expired.
This is really a poor experience. I subscribed Ipsy, Boxycharm, FFF, etc, this is the worst customer service I have ever met. This is the last time for me to subscribe Testtube.
I’m bummed with this box lately I am letting the subscription expire. Glad at least they didn’t include yet another supplement!
I am actually really excited for this. That Tatcha primer is amazing. Too bad I already have one! Will someone please tell me how those lashes are more expensive then the Tatcha? lol <3
Those exact same lashes are $24.99 on Amazon.😔 I don’t like that they’re including them as to bump up the value of the box when in fact, it isn’t so. And teeth floss?? This may be my last box.
